Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division need the public's assistance locating a fugitive (Vicente Lopez-Garcia aka Hector Manuel Birriel Carrasquillo) who is wanted for Capital Murder(Multi Murder).

On Saturday, June 12, 2021, at approximately 4:55 p.m., two victims were shot and killed in the 7500 block of Drouet St. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, both victims sustained gunshot wounds and died as a result of their injuries. Afterwards, the fugitive fled the scene in a (white 2012 Nissan Rogue).

Fugitive Vicente Lopez-Garcia aka Hector Manuel Birriel Carrasquillo is a Hispanic male, 53 years old, approximately 5’5, 180 lbs., heavy build with a bald head.
