On Tuesday, February 5, 2019, fugitive James Parker assaulted a child in the 2400 block of the West Sam Houston Parkway in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the fugitive struck the child on the arms with a belt causing major swelling. Upon further investigation, it was revealed that the fugitive also struck the child with an electrical cord.

On Sunday, February 24, 2019, at approximately 7:00 P.M., fugitive Danny Gonzales was involved in an Aggravated Robbery and Kidnapping in the 1200 block of Ashland Street in Houston, Texas. During this incident the victim was forced into a vehicle at gun point and shot in the head. Fugitive Danny Gonzales along with two other co-defendants robbed the victim of his personal belongings before releasing him. The Co-defendants in this case have been taken into custody while fugitive Danny Gonzales remains at large.

On Thursday, June 6, 2019, at approximately 8:40 p.m., the victim was assaulted by Daniel Amir Baquer in the 4500 block of Kingwood Drive in Kingwood , Texas. During the incident, the fugitive was in a verbal altercation with a female when the victim walked over and asked him to calm down. The fugitive began physically assaulting and choking the victim. Fugitive Daniel Amir Baquer fled the scene in an unknown direction of travel.

On Sunday, September 1, 2019, at approximately 2:04 a.m., the fugitive was traveling (southbound) on Farm to Market Road 359 at mile marker 450 (near the intersection of Farm to Market Road 3346) in Hempstead, Texas. During this incident Fugitive Angel Aviles- Perez was traveling at high rate of speed and struck three vehicles that were parked facing southbound on the shoulder of the roadway assisting another motorist. Fugitive Angel Aviles-Perez slammed into the back of one victim’s vehicle which caused a chain reaction of damage to the other two vehicles. Fugitive Angel Aviles-Perez then exited his vehicle and fled the scene on foot (westbound) through a pasture. Fugitive Angel Aviles- Perez failed to stop and render aid to any of the victims. All victims sustained serious bodily injuries and were transported by life flight and EMS to local hospitals. One of the victims and their unborn child was pronounced deceased as a result of the injuries sustained during the incident.
