Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Kevin Leonardo Mendez, who is wanted for three counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

On Saturday, April 4, 2020, Houston Police received reports of Sexual Assault that occurred in the 7500 block of Peekskill Lane and the 8100 block of Coastway Lane in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the child victims made outcries of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive Kevin Mendez sexually assaulted the victims.

Fugitive Kevin Mendez is a Hispanic male, 24 years old, approximately 5’05”, 160 - 170 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
