Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Carlos Calix Flores, who is wanted for the charge of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.

On Monday, April 3, 2017, Houston Police received a report of Sexual Assault that occurred in the 4500 block of Sherwood Lane in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned the victim was sexually abused by the fugitive, Carlos Flores.

Fugitive Carlos C. Flores is a Hispanic male, 48 years old, approximately 5’06”, 170 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair. The fugitive is known to use alias names, which include: Carlos Alejandro Calix (Flores), Adrian Garcia, and Servando Ortiz (Vargas).
