Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating a fugitive (Manuel De Jesus Lopez) who is wanted for Indecency with Child (Sexual Contact).

On or about Tuesday, February 26, 2019, fugitive Manuel De Jesus Lopez performed indecent acts on the child victim in the 7300 block of Eichler St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive performed inappropriate sexual contact on the victim.

Fugitive: Manuel De Jesus Lopez is a Hispanic male, 54 years old, approx. 5’09”, with brown eyes and black hair.
