Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating fugitive Silvio Reyna-Pinzon, who is wanted for Indecency with a Child.

In February of 2020, fugitive Silvio Reyna-Pinzon performed indecent sexual acts with the child victim in the 120 block of Winkler Street in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry of sexual abuse. Detectives learned that the fugitive performed indecent sexual acts on the victim.

Fugitive Silvio Reyna-Pinzon is a Hispanic male, 33 years old, approximately 5'6", 180 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
