On Monday, February 21, 2022, the Houston Police Department received a report of Sexual Abuse that occurred in the 13500 block of Hooper Rd. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the child victim made an outcry of sexual abuse by the fugitive Maximino Vicuna that occurred from May 2016 to August 2016.

Fugitive Maximino Vicuna is a Hispanic male, 28 years old.
