Crime Stoppers and the Texas Attorney General's Office Houston Fugitive Apprehension Unit is seeking the public's assistance in locating fugitive Juan Carlos Soto.

On July 31, 2006, Juan Soto was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child in Matagorda County, TX., and was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement. The victim was is twelve (12) year old female.

On July 9, 2016, the Harris County Sheriff's Office issued a warrant for Soto for Failing to Comply as a Sex Offender. Soto's last known address was in the 12300 block of Walters Rd. in Houston, TX.

Juan Soto is described as a Hispanic male, 41 years old, 5'9" tall, 190 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. Soto also uses the names Robert/Roberto Demetrio. Soto is a documented gang member of the Texas Syndicate.
