On February, 26, 2012, a three year old victim was home in a Harris County residence. Fugitive Domingo Diaz came to the residence to make some requested repairs. Diaz was inside the three year old victim?s bedroom, unsupervised, as he began his work. Diaz later emerged from the bedroom, appearing nervous as he left the residence. The female child later disclosed that Diaz had touched her inappropriately. On June 14, 2012, subject Domingo Diaz was charged with the Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Warrant 13511210 was issued out of the 184th District Court with a $30,000 bond.
