On April 28, 2012 Marcus Gonzalez was a guest at a male victims apartment. Gonzalez shot the victim in the head at close range while he was sleeping on the couch. The victim wa able to get up and try to fight Gonzalez off. Gonzalez continued shooting at the victim as he fled to the bathroom . In all the suspect was shot four time, twice in the head and in the arm twice. The victim survived the attack but was left with bullet fragements in his head.
