On Monday May 2, 2011 Pedro Rodriguez was involved in an altercation with four neighbors in the 7000 block of Long Point. Subject Rodriguez pulled out a gun and shot three of the individuals at the scene. Victim # 1 died at the scene from a gunshot wound. Victim # 2 sustained multiple gunshot wounds and is in critical condition. Victim # 3 sustained a gunshot wound and is in stable condition. Subject Rodriguez fled the scene after the shooting and is considered armed and dangerous. On May 3, 2011, Pedro Rodriguez was charged with one count of Murder and two counts of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon. The 230th District Court issued warrant #?s 1304987, 1304988, and 1304989 for his arrest with zero bonds.
