Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Special Victims Division need the public's assistance locating a fugitive (Carlos Jose Ayala Morales) who is wanted for Attempted Indecency with Child (Sexual Contact).

On or about January 27, 2025, fugitive Carlos Jose Ayala Morales performed indecent sexual acts on the child victim in the 800 block of Omar St. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the fugitive performed inappropriate sexual contact on the victim.

Carlos Jose Ayala Morales is a 43-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5’08” to 5’10” in height, 250 lbs. with brown eyes, black hair, and black mustache.
