On July 27, 2014, Investigators were dispatched to the 9600 block of Bissonnet where Aaron Francis was found dead. He had been shot inside his vehicle. Throughout the course of the investigation police determined that there was a road rage incident between two people in their vehicles. The victim was driving a silver Mercury and the suspect was in a white 4-door car. The make and model of the car are unknown. After the victim was shot by the unknown suspect, Francis lost control of his car and hit a woman that was walking near the scene. Houston police are seeking any witnesses that may have seen this incident take place on Bissonnet.
