Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

On Sunday, July 2, 2023, at approximately 2:32 a.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 19800 block of IH 10 Fwy. IB in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was changing their tire when they were struck by the suspect’s vehicle which was traveling eastbound. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.
