N/ACrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for Failure to Stop and Render Aid. 
On Sunday, July 15, 2018, at approximately 3:05 a.m., the victim was struck and killed by a vehicle traveling south bound in the 2400 block of West Loop South in Houston, Texas.  During the incident, the victim was riding their motorcycle on West Loop South. The victim was being followed by two friends who were also riding on motorcycles.  The suspect, driving a black BMW, changed lanes unsafely and struck the victim.  The victim was knocked off their motorcycle and onto the ground.  One of the victim’s friends struck the victim’s motorcycle and was ejected from their motorcycle as well.   The suspect fled the accident scene without rendering aid to the victims.  As a result of the accident, the victim died on the scene and the victim’s friend was hospitalized with severe injuries.
