Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Murder.

On Sunday, June 18, 2023, at approximately 11:07 p.m., the victim was shot and killed in the 1000 block of Webster St. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was walking along the sidewalk when approached by a suspect wearing a white hoodie, black shorts and white tennis shoes. The suspect shot the victim multiple times and fled the location in an unknown direction of travel. Sadly, the victim died as a result of the major injuries sustained.

The family of Javon Frazier is requesting the community's help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Murder.
