On May 31, 2005 police were called to investigate the death of a man in the 7600 block of Tidwell. The victim, identified as Raymond Bradford, 53, address unknown, was known to frequent the area where he was found. He suffered a severe laceration to the throat and was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was on the pedestrian walkway of a bridge over the railroad tracks when he was severely cut along his throat. There are no known suspects or witnesses in this case.
