On June 26, 2016, the complainant (victim),Antonio Tello, was walking northbound in the 9200 block of Wallisville Rd., in Houston, TX. The suspect, driving a black vehicle, crashed his vehicle into the victim and Failed to Stop and Render Aid. The victim, was fatally injured from the accident and was pronounced deceased at the hospital. Suspect?s Car Description: Black car that looks similar to a Fiat.
