Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a fatal hit-and-run crash.

On Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at approximately 10:37 p.m., Nidio Amado Cordero was walking in the 11900 block of Airline Drive in Houston when he was struck by an unknown vehicle.

Rather than stopping to render aid or contact emergency personnel, the driver fled the scene. Mr. Cordero suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.

His family is now asking the community to help bring them answers and justice by identifying the person responsible for this tragic crash.
