On Thursday, June 18, 2015, at approximately 10:20 p.m., 38-year old, Victor Pulido was shot in the front yard of a private residence located in the 5400 block of De Soto Street in Houston, Texas. HFD arrived and transported Mr. Pulido to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
