Houston Police Department homicide detectives are seeking the public?s help finding the person or persons responsible for the murder Pedro Diaz on Friday June 20, 2014, at approximately 9:30 p.m. A nearby witness heard gunshots in the area around the 100 block of Mill Stream in Houston, Texas. The witness looked in the direction of the noise and observed two Hispanic males fleeing the area. Mr. Diaz located short time later and pronounced dead at the scene. Mr. Diaz operated a snow cone stand a few blocks away from where the incident took place. He was also a Metro bus driver for several years.
