On Thursday, May 18, 2023, at approximately 5:49 p.m., the unknown suspect performed an indecent act in front of a child victim in the 7500 block of Corporate Dr. in Houston, Texas. During the investigation, the victim made an outcry and detectives learned that the suspect performed inappropriate sexual actions in front of the child.
