On Thursday, May 16, 2024, at approximately 8:28 p.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 4400 block of the North Fwy. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the suspect’s vehicle travelled northbound on the freeway, struck the victim and fled the scene without rendering aid. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.
