On Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Mr. Jeffery Norrod was shot while driving his vehicle in parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 12000 block of North Gessner Road in Houston, TX. Mr. Norrod was then transported to a local area hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. Several days prior to this case, a similar type of shooting incident occurred at the same location. A vehicle similar to the complainant?s vehicle was involved and could be related to this case.
