On May 8, 2016, at approximately 12:18 p.m., the complainant was pumping gas at a gas station located in the 1100 block of Almeda Genoa Rd. in Houston, Texas when she was approached by a black male suspect. The suspect pushed the complainant onto the driver side seat and climbed on top of her. He then attempted to lift the complainant's shirt as she hit him several times on his head. The suspect stepped back momentarily and the complainant ran away and called for help. The suspect did not take anything from the complainant and fled the scene in a red SUV. Video surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect inside the store before committing the Sexual Assault. Suspect #1: black male, 5'07 - 5'09, with a clean shaven head and face wearing a purple shirt.
