On Wednesday, May 6, 2015, Houston Police officers responded to a call in the 8900 block of Burl Street, in Houston, Texas. Upon arrival, officers discovered 16-year-old Adrian Madrigal?s body lying in the middle of the street with a single gunshot wound to the head. A thorough investigation revealed that on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, at about 1:15 a.m., Adrian Madrigal was driving his father's vehicle, a 2007 black GMC Yukon around the 8900 block of Burl Street. A witness heard a single gunshot in the neighborhood. The witness then observed an unknown black male driving a 2000-2005 year model, white, four door, mid-sized sedan speeding away from where the gunshot was heard. Approximately two to five minutes later, the witnesses saw a black GMC Yukon consistent with the vehicle driven by Adrian. Later that day, the 2007 black GMC Yukon was recovered, abandoned, in a wooded area at a dead-end on the 8200 block of Snowden Street.
