On Friday April 17, 2009, at 7:30 p.m., the body of a white female was found in the 7900 block of Santa Elena St. in Houston, TX by juveniles walking towards Sims Bayou near the Glenbrook Valley Subdivision. The body was wrapped in a blanket in a grassy field near the side of the bayou. Once the juveniles realized what they discovered, they immediately ran to the street and alerted a passing motorist who then called the police. The victim was identified as 24 year old, Angela Kasvicis. It appears that Ms. Kasvicis was beaten to death.
