Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

On Saturday, March 28, 2026, at approximately 5:00 a.m., the victim was standing in the 2500 block of West Loop South in Houston, Texas, when they were struck by an unknown vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene without rendering aid. Tragically, the victim sustained severe injuries and was pronounced deceased as a result of those injuries.

The family of Sincere Barrette is requesting the community’s help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.
