Joseph GuillenCrime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Vehicular Crimes Division are seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a fatal hit-and-run crash.
On Friday, March 28, 2025, at approximately 4:10 a.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 9600 block of Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas. The driver fled the scene without stopping to render aid. Tragically, the victim, identified as Joseph Guillen, died from the injuries sustained in the crash.
The family of Joseph Guillen is pleading with the community for assistance in identifying the individual(s) responsible.
