Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Murder.

On Sunday, March 24, 2019, Hubert Heatherly was found lying next to his wheelchair (barely conscious) on the porch of an apartment unit located in the 4000 block of Wayne Street in Houston, Texas. The victim was taken to a local hospital for treatment, but sadly succumbed to his injuries, and was pronounced deceased three days later. The original cause of death was thought to be accidental. After further review, a pathologist with the Harris County Institute of Forensic Science found that the injuries sustained to Mr. Heatherly were not consistent with a fall. The official cause of death has been ruled a Homicide (due to blunt force trauma to the head).

The family of Hubert Heatherly is requesting the community's help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for his murder.
