Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at approximately 6:00 a.m., the victim was walking in the 4700 block of the North Fwy. in Houston, Texas, when they were struck by an unknown vehicle. The victim was subsequently struck by a second vehicle, which fled the scene without stopping to render aid. Tragically, the victim sustained severe injuries and was pronounced deceased as a result of those injuries.

The family of Rudy Thomas Jackson is requesting the community’s help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.
