On Monday, March 6, 2023, at approximately 7:23 p.m., the victim was struck by a vehicle in the 9900 block of North Loop East Fwy. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was changing a flat tire in the emergency lane on the freeway. An unknown suspect(s) struck a vehicle from behind, which caused them to strike the victim. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.
