Crime Stoppers of Houston and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division are asking for the public’s help identifying the driver responsible for a fatal hit-and-run that claimed the life of Felton Joseph.
On Sunday, August 23, 2026, at approximately 12:35 a.m., Felton Joseph was riding his bicycle westbound along the north side of the roadway in the 13600 block of Wallisville Road in Harris County, Texas.
Investigators say a white or gray Nissan Altima left the roadway and struck Felton from behind. Rather than stopping to help, the driver fled the scene without rendering aid.
Emergency personnel responded, but tragically, Felton sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Felton Joseph’s family is asking the community to help bring them answers and accountability. Anyone who may have witnessed the collision, recognizes the vehicle involved, or has information that could help investigators identify the driver is urged to come forward.
Even the smallest detail could be the information investigators need to identify the person responsible for Felton’s death.
