Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

On Saturday, November 22, 2025, at approximately 11:55 p.m., the victim was walking northbound in the 6600 block of Addicks Satsuma Rd. in Houston, Texas. A suspect vehicle traveling northbound struck the victim, causing the driver to lose control and enter a drainage ditch. The suspect then fled the scene without rendering aid. Tragically, the victim succumbed to the severe injuries sustained in the incident.

The family of Jose Escobar-Ferix is requesting the community’s help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.
