Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

On Thursday, July 17, 2025, at approximately 9:29 p.m., an unknown vehicle travelling southbound collided with the victim in the 8300 block of State Highway 6 South in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was walking when struck from the rear by the suspect’s vehicle. Afterwards, the suspect fled the scene without rendering aid. Sadly, the victim died from injuries sustained in the crash.

The family of Jennifer Louise Pedone is requesting the community’s help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.
