Billy Leon Meadows Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.
On Saturday, January 13, 2024, at approximately 10:08 p.m., the victim, Billy Leon Meadows, was struck by a vehicle in the 16000 block of East Fwy. in Houston, Texas. During the incident, the victim was walking southbound when they were struck by the suspect’s vehicle (Honda Civic) which was traveling westbound. The suspect(s) fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the collision, the victim suffered major injuries and died.
