Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Murder.

On Thursday, October 19, 2023, at approximately 9:49 p.m., the victim was shot and killed in the 15300 block of Ella Blvd. in Houston, Texas. Surveillance footage showed the suspect’s vehicle (a black, 4-door sedan) driving by, firing multiple rounds of gunshots, and striking the victim as they stood in front of a business. Sadly, the victim died because of serious bodily injuries they received from the gunshot wounds.

The family of Earnest Brooks is requesting the community’s help with identifying the suspects responsible for this Murder.
