On Thursday, February 18, 2016, at approximately 2:00 a.m., Mr. Joseph Sullivan was shot several times outside a night club located in the 9800 block of Bissonnet Street in Houston, TX. Witnesses observed an unknown male on a bicycle leaving the scene of the shooting in an unknown direction. Mr. Sullivan was transported to a local area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
