Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid – Fatality.

On Sunday, February 16, 2025, at approximately 7:00 p.m., the victim was struck by an unknown suspect’s vehicle while walking in the 200 block of W. Canino Rd. in Houston, Texas. The suspect fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. Sadly, the victim died as a result of the major injuries sustained.

The family of Luis Martinez Cruz is requesting the community’s help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible.
