On Sunday December 27th at around 2:45 in the morning Kevin Fowler was found in the 800 block of Franklin in Downtown Houston. He was transported to Ben Taub Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. Homicide Investigators have determined that Mr. Fowler was walking in a crosswalk in the 800 block of Franklin when he was assaulted by unknown suspects.
