Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run – Failure to Stop and Render Aid- Fatality.

On Tuesday, December 8, 2018, at approximately 2:33 a.m., the victim was fatally injured during an accident in the 7200 block of Spur 330 in Harris County, Texas. During the incident, the victim was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Impala and was involved in a single vehicle accident. After the first crash, the victim exited his vehicle and was standing outside near the driver's door. The suspect was operating a 2008 Toyota Tundra on the southbound ramp. The Toyota failed to drive in a single lane of traffic leaving the main lanes of the roadway. The Toyota struck the victim’s Chevrolet which rotated the Chevrolet clockwise and struck the victim. The victim was then thrown into the southbound lanes of travel. The operator of the Toyota fled the scene of the collision on foot without rendering aid to the victim. The victim died as a result of injuries sustained during the incident.
