Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run—Failure to Stop and Render Aid (Fatality).

On Sunday, October 14, 2018, at 9:54 p.m., VICTOR DARNELL WILLIAMS was initially involved in an accident with a Toyota Tundra truck while riding his bicycle eastbound (in the #3 westbound lane of traffic) in the 1100 block of Aldine Bender Road in Houston, Texas. The driver of the Toyota Tundra stopped and was walking to render aid to the victim when an unknown black SUV vehicle (travelling westbound) struck the victim. The driver of the unknown black SUV fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim in an unknown direction of travel. As a result of the accidents, the victim sustained severe injuries that resulted in his death.
