Crime Stoppers and the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division need the public’s assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Hit and Run—Failure to Stop and Render Aid (Fatality).

On Thursday, October 4, 2018, at 3:34 a.m., CHANCE STEWART was riding his motorcycle on the service road (southbound) in the 17600 block of the North Freeway in Houston, Texas. During this incident, the victim struck the curb, fell off his motorcycle, and slid onto the North Freeway’s entrance ramp. Afterwards, the victim was struck by a black GMC Terrain SUV (or similar vehicle) that was travelling southbound onto the entrance ramp. The driver of the SUV fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim. As a result of the accident, the victim sustained severe injuries that resulted in his death.
