On or about February 10, 2015, at about 11:00 p.m., the suspect approached the 18-year-old female victim while she was walking in the 13500 block of Townwood Drive in Houston, Texas. The suspect grabbed the female victim and forcibly dragged her to a dead-end street around the 3500 block of Ebbtide Drive, one block west of Townwood Drive. The suspect sexually assaulted the victim at gun point and robbed her of her personal property before fleeing the scene. The investigation revealed that the suspect might live and/or loiter in the Ebbtide Drive and Townwood Drive intersection. The suspect is as an unknown black male with light to medium complexion. He is about 20 to 30 years old. He is approximately 5'8" tall and has a thick muscular build.
