On Saturday November 29, 2008 Duriel Fultz and three friends argued with another man as they were leaving the Gold Diggers Night Club. Mr. Fultz and two of his friends left the parking lot and drove onto South Main. At that time the suspect fired several shots at Fultz?s car. Mr. Fultz was struck by one of the bullets but continued driving until the car crashed in the 12000 block of Main Street. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect is only described as a black male.
