On October 26, 2017, the victim was walking in the northbound lanes of the 14000 block of SH 249, in Harris County, Texas. The suspect's vehicle, traveling northbound, struck the victim. The suspect fled the scene and Failed to Stop and Render Aid to the victim. The suspect's vehicle is described as a 2005 to 2011, black, Toyota Tacoma, with front end damage. The victim died at the scene due to injuries sustained during the accident.
