On Saturday, April 23, 2016, Anthony Barden was walking northbound in the 19400 block of Tomball Parkway (SH 249) in the outside lane of traffic. An unknown person operating a white 2003-2004 Ford F-150 pick-up truck struck Mr. Barden with the front right of the Ford. The Ford then swerved to the left and struck another vehicle before fleeing the scene of the accident without rendering aid to Mr. Barden. Mr. Barden died at the scene of the accident as a result of his injuries. The suspect?s vehicle will have damage to the front right and along the driver's side. The vehicle may be an FX4 or XLT trim package.
