On Sunday, February 7, 2016, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Mr. Hatem ?Tim? Abuharbed was shot during a robbery at a convenience store located in the 4600 block of North Main Street in Houston, TX. During this robbery, one of the suspects jumped the front counter and shot Mr. Abuharbed prior to taking undisclosed amount of money out of the cash register. The second suspect simultaneously robbed several other store customers at gunpoint. Video surveillance cameras captured both suspects running out of the convenience store to a parked vehicle in the 1400 block of West Patton Street. The suspects were seen driving east bound from this location. Mr. Hatem ?Tim? Abuharbed was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel. Suspect #1: unknown suspect, wearing a navy blue long sleeve sweatshirt, gray sweatpants, black mask, gloves and white shoes. (black semi-auto pistol used to shoot Mr. Abuharbed). Suspect #2: unknown suspect, wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants, black mask, gloves and black shoes (silver and black semi-automatic pistol).
