Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department’s Homicide Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect(s) responsible for a Murder.

On Sunday December 21, 2025, at approximately 9:20 p.m., Houston Police officers were dispatched to a local hospital to check on two (2) individuals that had sustained gunshot wounds. Tragically, one of the victims later succumbed to their injuries and was pronounced deceased as a result of the gunshot wounds.

The family of Freddie Jose Arroyo is requesting the community's help with identifying the suspect(s) responsible for this Murder.
