On April 10, 2016, a Harris County Precinct 5 Deputy responded to a call at a neighborhood park, located in the 14100 block of Schiller Road, in Harris County, in reference to an Indecency with a Child by exposure. Deputies arrived and met with the mother of the four year old victim. The victim was inside the vehicle with his family as they drove into the park at approximately 3:50 p.m. The suspect was seen standing near the parking lot naked and masturbating while he was looking at the occupants in their vehicle. A witness in the vehicle with the victim captured a still image of the naked suspect.
